THERMAL SPRAYING

Thermal spraying is an advanced process in which coating materials are heated until they become partially melted and then projected at high speed onto the surface of components. This method makes it possible to form thick, adherent layers that provide resistance to wear, corrosion and high temperatures. Within thermal spraying, we highlight various technologies including APS (Atmospheric Plasma Spraying), EAWS (Electric Arc Wire Spray) and HVOF (High Velocity Oxy Fuel). Through these technologies we are able to customise solutions to meet the specific needs of different industries, ensuring maximum protection and extending the useful life of equipment.

PHYSICAL VAPOUR COATINGS

Physical vapour coatings are an advanced technology used to apply thin coatings to surfaces. These coatings are essential for improving the strength, durability and performance of equipment and components in a variety of industrial applications. Physical vapour coatings include PACVD (Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). Through these technologies we are able to offer customised solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, providing significant improvements in operational efficiency and the lifetime of industrial equipment and components.
