THERMAL SPRAYING

HVOF - HIGH VELOCITY OXI-FUEL

THICK COATINGS

HVOF (High Velocity Oxy Fuel) is an advanced thermal spray technology, where a fuel is burnt together with oxygen to produce a high-temperature, high-velocity flame. The material particles are injected into this flame, plasticised and accelerated at high speed towards the surface to be coated. This makes it possible to create adherent coatings with high resistance to wear, corrosion and high temperatures, and is widely used in industries that require robust and durable solutions for surface protection.

COATINGS

WC/Co; WC/Co-Cr; WC/Ni; WC/NiCr; WC/NiCrBSiFe; Cr2C3/NiCr.
