style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PACVD (Plasma Assited Chemical Vapour Deposition) pode ser definido como forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um filme fino s\u00f3lido pela deposi\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00f3mica ou molecular, numa superf\u00edcie aquecida, sendo o s\u00f3lido oriundo de uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica onde os precursores est\u00e3o na fase de vapor. As esp\u00e9cies depositadas s\u00e3o \u00e1tomos ou mol\u00e9culas ou a combina\u00e7\u00e3o desses.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O processo PACVD ocorre a temperaturas mais baixas do que o processo CVD tradicional porque o plasma e n\u00e3o a energia t\u00e9rmica \u00e9 usada para desencadear a rea\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O processo de CVD distingue-se do processo de PVD no facto de todos os materiais que originam o filme est\u00e3o na fase gasosa, ao passo que no PVD pelo menos um deles est\u00e1 em fase s\u00f3lida (normalmente
